DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT
Carlos Manuel Reina Rosales: has a degree in political and administrative science and a master's degree in marketing management. He has extensive experience in communication departments, having worked with renowned organizations such as Repsol, Euromedia and UNED. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in training and awareness-raising on disability by providing workshops and conferences on disability for more than three years. It has also led a project focused on the development of telework, highlighting its impact and its accessibility benefits.
It is currently engaged in the development of European projects, working on initiatives that promote social inclusion, youth empowerment and equal opportunities. As President of Empowered Youth, and a person with severe physical disabilities, it plays a key role in promoting programmes that promote education, sustainability and accessibility for young people in different communities.
Fernando Casas Torres is an expert in European project management and youth mobility programmes. He has a degree in political and administrative science from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Sevilla, where he also participated in a 10-month Erasmus exchange programme. In addition, he has completed specialized training in Real Estate Management and Security Administration, obtaining certificates from UNED and the University of Pablo de Olavide.
Since 2016, it has led the development of projects in Class4Volunteers, focusing on Erasmus + programmes, European youth cooperation and integration. Its experience includes the design and implementation of Erasmus + projects, the coordination of European Voluntary Service (SVE) programmes and the facilitation of youth exchanges.
Fernando has international experience as a volunteer for non-formal education in Pecs, Hungary, where he conducted music, theatre and sports workshops for children. He has also been an active member of Alliance for Solidarity - ActionAid for almost a decade, defending civil rights and social action. It also participated in meetings of EU youth ambassadors, contributing to discussions on the future of European cooperation.
Its career is marked by its strong commitment to education, youth empowerment and European mobility opportunities.
